Repeats

This is a continuation of day one in Hawaii. The uploading process is SO slow with dial-up. Blogger is also giving me a hard time about loading the pictures! My patience is wearing thin. I know I know I need faster internet. Don't go there today.

Just about five minutes ago my father cut his head open. It is bad. He is on the was to urgent med as I type. My mother is taking him. I will post more later.

Update: 4/16/2008 7:00 pm. My father is doing well. He has eight staples on top of his head.
He was driving tee post into the ground and the driver slipped off and hit the top of his head. cutting it open. He walked in to the yard holding his head and blood was streaming down his face. Yeah, I know. You don't even have to say it. Thankfully he had no pain. I guess there are not many nerves on top of your head.

I handle blood well. What I don't handle well is seeing someone I love in pain and or hurt.

I am very thankful that my father is ok with no permanent damage.

Thank you Becky and Sue.

Glad to hear there was little pain. When I hear "blood streaming", it sounds very painful.

Glad to hear it. Scalp wounds bleed a lot and it can be scary. I'm glad it wasn't worse.

Wow! I hate that your dad was hurt. Head wounds do bleed a lot and can be very scary. I am glad he is doing better now. Take good care of him.
